You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this community to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. We reserve the right to remove any post or user at any time.

You remain solely responsible for your content, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WestOzWind to any claim based upon transmission of your content.

Users should be aware that, when they disclose personal identifying information such as their actual name, email address, etc., the information may be collected and used by others that access the site. If you have concerns about this, register a Yahoo or Hotmail email account to have information sent to. WestOzWind will not knowingly disclose to ANY party information retained on this site.

When in doubt about appropriate behaviour here, remember that WestOzWind is an electronic world, but the people here are real. So, just as when you join any gathering of people, we ask that you treat others with respect and with care.
